Born in Paysandú, Uruguay, in 1965. For as long as he can remember, drawing has kept him company, having always been his preferred media of expression. Naturally talented, he was self-taught until 1989, when he entered the National School of Fine Arts and trained in Prof. Ernesto Arostegui’s workshop. Nowadays, he works as an illustrator, drawing on his vast experience with assignments for the press, publishing and printing houses, advertising, graphic and textile industries. Editorial Fin de Siglo, Montevideo Shopping Center, Coca Cola, Grupo Santillana, Lowe & Ginkgo, Diario El Telégrafo, Espectador.com, are some of his regular clients.
